As part of the annual Individual Development Plan (IDP) series, the Goal-Setting and Planning workshop goes deeper into the skills necessary to plan successful experiments all the way to an effective postdoc tenure. We will cover palnning tools and techniques such as assessing your situation, defining appropriate expectations, setting SMART goals, and accomplishing what you wanted to achieve.
