Events listed on this page are hosted by the Career Navigator Team, sometimes through collaboration with other offices, or submitted for approval.
Only registration for Navigator hosted (and some Navigator co-hosted/collaboration) events are managed through this page. Registration for submitted and approved events are managed by the hosts.
Registration for events managed on this page open 2 weeks before each event. Please note that regardless of the presence of a “Sign Up” button, registration for each event becomes active 2 weeks before the event day (with limited exceptions).
Users can add events to their personal calendars before event registration opens. Users may find this useful to remember upcoming events and registrations, and may do this by clicking "Add to My Calendar."
For ONLINE Career Navigator events, registration closes 3 hours prior to start, and you will receive the Zoom link via email approximately 1 hour prior to start.
A weekly digest, delivered to subscriber emails, includes a summary of all events upcoming in the next 2 weeks. This includes all events shown in the calendar above, from all hosts.
Additionally, reminders from the Student Defenses and Internship Timeline calendars (not shown above) may be included in these weekly digests.

Event attendees and presenters use the Students and Organizers login while approved staff (Career Navigator Team) use Manager and Publisher login.
Submit or Contact
Submit an Event relevant to HMS master's and/or GSAS HILS PhD students. Once approved, it will appear on the Career Planner weekly digest.
