The CCB Learning & Development team is looking for a creative and purpose-driven team member with a deep passion for learning and development to join our team of dedicated learning professionals. The North America (NAM) Learning Advisor, in partnership with the Senior Learning Advisor for CCB, will function as a senior contributor to the team with end-to-end ownership of regional learning strategy and initiatives. This will include partnering with key business stakeholders to consult on learning needs, conducting thorough needs analyses, delivering learning and working with external partners to deliver learning, managing end-to-end logistics for regional learning initiatives, and measuring impact.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintaining strong relationships with key business and HR partners
  • Build, execute and evolve a Learning & Development strategy for North America Commercial Bank. This includes:
    • Contributing to and aligning with the global Commercial Bank L&D strategy
    • Conducting learning needs analyses and establishing top regional learning priorities
    • Engaging and communicating effectively with key stakeholders
    • Planning and leveraging available resources to deliver on the learning strategy
    • Curating existing learning content and packaging/ delivering it in a way that meets the identified needs
    • Designing and creating the end-to-end learner experience or working with internal/ external partners to design learning solutions
    • Facilitating virtual and/or in-person workshops
    • Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of learning solutions
  • Collaborate with business partners, HR partners, and regional L&D colleagues to socialize and drive adoption of sustainable learning solutions
  • Develop presentations, communications, and marketing materials for a wide range of audiences and purposes, including presentations to HR and Business Partners and communications / marketing to learners
  • Serve as escalation point for learner inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Support the development and implementation of consistent methods and metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions and proactively execute improvements as needed
  • Identify and implement ongoing process improvement opportunities to proactively address pain points in the L&D experience
  • Keep abreast of leading-edge learning trends and learning technologies to continuously push the possibilities of adult learning
  • Partner with other learning professionals on special projects as needed across Citi Learning
     

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented team player with a strong sense of accountability and consistent follow-through
  • Experience in needs assessments, instructional design, and delivery for multiple modalities (e.g., classroom, self-paced, virtual)
  • Experience in organizational development, talent development, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is preferred
  • Experience in program / project management
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to escalate issues and propose potential solutions
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on MS PowerPoint and Excel

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
