Do you anticipate spending time this holiday season with someone who has different views than your own?  Our nation remains deeply divided on issues ranging from politics to mask mandates and healthcare.   Winter break may be different for many of us this year—smaller in-person gatherings or zooming to connect, but there’s still plenty of opportunity to have difficult conversations that can trigger emotions and conflicts.  This interactive workshop will explore what you may bring to these challenging conversations that might help or hurt you, what can go wrong and skills to help you avoid or minimize the conflicts that often lurk within these sensitive discussions.
