Deliverome Bio is a nonprofit startup backed by Radial Science at the Astera Institute, building the first open atlas of surface protein abundance and internalization to unlock precision therapeutic delivery. This is data the field urgently needs — but that no single company or academic lab has been positioned to generate at scale.

By bringing together top experts in proteomics, functional genomics, and cell biology, we aim to build robust assays and generate AI-ready maps of the molecular addresses that determine whether targeted therapies reach the right cells. That means opening up new possibilities for gene therapies, cancer therapies, and other targeted medicines — including precision delivery beyond the liver.

Funded philanthropically and committed to open release of our data and protocols, we pair the speed and rigor of a startup with the collaborative values of the best academic labs. We’re hiring a founding scientific team, with competitive salary benchmarked to industry rates, to help shape a field-defining effort from the start.
