Introducing Headshot Hub

We’re excited to announce that a new self-service photobooth, the Headshot Hub, has been installed on campus and is now open.  Available to anyone with a Harvard ID card, this new community resource provides students, faculty, staff, and other Harvard affiliates with convenient access to professional‑quality headshots.

Located in the Collaborative Commons on the second floor of the Smith Campus Center, the Headshot Hub is available during regular building hours (Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, and Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM).  The photobooth offers:

  • Free, professional-quality digital headshots
  • A simple, self-service setup with no appointment needed
  • Three photos per session, with an option for one retake
  • Easy-to-use photo editing tools, for use both during your session and afterwards
  • Quick email delivery and unlimited downloads

Photos from the Headshot Hub can be used for a variety of purposes, including LinkedIn, departmental websites, digital profiles, portfolios, passports, visas, and more.

The Headshot Hub is made possible by a grant from the President's Administrative Innovation Fund (PAIF).  The project team includes representatives from:

  • Common Spaces
  • Harvard Athletics
  • Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT)
  • The Mignone Center for Career Success (MCS)
