Director, Center for Transformative Teaching @ University of Nebraska-Lincoln
The Director is an academic/administrative staff member who provides overall leadership and vision for programs and services that support excellence in teaching and learning for all UNL instructors. The Center for Transformative Teaching (CTT) Director reports to and works closely with the Senior Associate Vice Chancellor and Dean of Undergraduate Education (SAVC) to set strategy for the CTT team in supporting instructors’ teaching and learning needs.
The Director closely collaborates with the academic colleges and other campus units (Libraries, Information Technology Services, Graduate Studies, etc.) to ensure the alignment of CTT goals and priorities in support of the university’s teaching and learning initiatives. The Director provides oversight, training, professional development, and evaluation for all CTT staff members, oversees the CTT budget, and serves on campus leadership teams related to teaching and learning.
