Developmental and Regenerative Biology (DRB) Program

The DRB concentration program provides a well-defined, rigorous, and innovative training experience in developmental and regenerative biology for our students. Given the scientific and medical advances of the past decade, the DRB program seeks to train its students to approach developmental biology in an integrative manner and connect basic research science with medicine. In addition to world famous scientists and exceptional research resources and core facilities, our program includes an inter-departmental curriculum that will equip students with a comprehensive understanding of developmental and regenerative biology, and provide them with intellectual community-building activities and mentorship that will prepare them for careers in academic and clinical scientific research. Visit their current students page to learn more about life as a DRB student. Students enter DRB once admitted to the Biological and Biomedical Sciences (BBS) umbrella program. The DRB program is generously supported by the Departments of Cell Biology and Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology with added support from the Office of the Provost.
