The Tsagaratou Lab is seeking for creative, independent, self-motivated postdoctoral scholars to lead projects focused on the epigenetic and transcriptional regulation of T cell function. We are particularly interested in elucidating the role of the Ten Eleven Translocation (TET) family of proteins that are involved in active DNA demethylation. We are using genetically modified mice, primary cell culture, multiparameter flow cytometry and next generation sequencing to dissect the role of TET proteins in inflammation, autoimmunity and cancer.
