Please join Kevin Wehmhoefer LICSW, Outreach Coordinator and Staff Clinician at Counseling and Mental Health Services/HUHS for an informal presentation which will review the benefits of mindfulness and instruct attendees on how to start and sustain a practice that will support improved self-care, self-awareness and resiliency while strengthening stress management, perspective and overall effectiveness at work and at home. We will have the opportunity to try out a few brief meditations during the presentation.
