Agathon Career Fellowship

The Agathon Career Fellowship is a program run by the Harvard University GSAS Effective Altruism Student Group. The Fellowship recruits and trains grad students in practical tools and concepts that will help them build a satisfying career in which they do the most good for the world with their talents.

There are four meetings on the evenings in the fall. Through discussions and interactive lectures, topics such as: What makes a dream job? How can we decide which problems to work on to have the greatest social impact? How can we best leverage our skills to accelerate us toward our career goals?  will be discussed. The program will be capped with peer coaching and one-on-one coaching sessions.

In addition to tools and wisdom for planning and building a meaningful career, the Fellowship will provide a unique opportunity to forge relationships with peers across disciplines and make valuable connections within the broader Effective Altruism community.
