The Harvard Puerto Rican Student Association (HPRSA-pending approval), will have our first social of the year on Thursday, September 13 at 6:30 pm in the Cambridge Queen's Head (see flyer attached for more information about the event and our group). HMS Master's Orientation and Welcome Breakfast

8:30am to 12:00pm

This is the inaugural Orientation Breakfast designed to allow new HMS Master's students to meet each other, while being introduced to key services available to you as students and getting a chance to interact with key members of the administration who support health and well-being, disabilities services, safety, housing and financial aid as well as cross-program aspects of academic and professional development.

Culturally Aware Mentorship

Culturally Aware Mentorship is a resource that aims to enhance mentors’ and trainees’ ability to effectively address cultural diversity matters in their research mentoring relationships.

The Biomedical Science Careers Program, Inc. provides students of every race, ethnic background, gender and financial status with encouragement, support and guidance needed for the successful pursuit of biomedical science and other science-related careers.

500 Queer Scientists

500 Queer Scientists is, "a new visibility campaign for LGBTQ+ people and their allies working in STEM and STEM-supporting jobs — a group that collectively represents a powerful force of scientific progress and discovery".

Minority Biomedical Scientists of Harvard

The Minority Biomedical Scientists of Harvard is a graduate student group dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in the life sciences community at Harvard. MBSH aims to improve the experience of underrepresented graduate students in the sciences by organizing community- building and career development events throughout the academic year.

Harvard Graduate Women in Science and Engineering

HGWISE is a GSAS organization of graduate students and is dedicated to the personal, academic and professional development of women in science and engineering at Harvard University. To reach this goal HGWISE supports events and programs that provide educational and networking opportunities as well as social outings for our members.
