TIFs will devote ~80% effort to service and ~20% to mentored training and an organized curriculum. The TIFs will form a community with other fellows from Therapeutics related programs at Harvard, and will work and learn strategies and tactics in drug discovery and related therapeutic science. The successful candidate will partner closely with project faculty to conceive of, develop, and support projects, and write funding proposals and white papers for research collaborations and initiatives. This individual will also work with faculty in the community from across Harvard and the Longwood Medical Area to develop new collaborative research proposals and initiatives.
