The Harvard Antimicrobial Resistance Network (HARN) is hosting its inaugural annual symposium at Harvard Medical School on Thursday, November 1, and we'd love to see you there! 

HARN is a community of students and fellows from across Harvard with an overarching interest in antibiotic resistance. We host lectures and seminars to promote discussion on research, practice, and policy pertaining to antimicrobial resistance, with the goal of fostering new collaborations across the university and the Greater Boston Area.

The theme of our symposium this year is Interdisciplinary Solutions to Prevent a Post-Antibiotic World. The afternoon will begin with lunch and opening remarks, followed by some short talks by trainees. We will resume after a coffee break to hear from local experts on antimicrobial resistance and conclude with a panel discussion, followed by a networking reception.
