The Assistant Director will lead the Faculty Development unit in the vision, strategic planning, design, implementation, and assessment of a wide range of programs and services for URI faculty. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in faculty development leadership.  Expertise in improving student success and learning outcomes in gateway courses in particular is a preferred qualification.
