The Derek Bok Center for Teaching and Learning at Harvard University seeks a creative and collaborative Assistant Director who will support the evidence-based work of the Center. The Assistant Director, Assessment, will:

• Consult with faculty and Bok Center staff to assess individual courses and assignments.

• Conduct assessments of the Bok Center’s programs and services.

• Develop resources and documentation about assessment, and offer trainings and workshops.
