#  Assistant Teaching Professor, Chemistry and Biochemistry @ University of California Santa Barbara

The College of Creative Studies (CCS) and the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry (DCB) in the College of Letters and Science at the University of California Santa Barbara jointly invite applications for a security-of-employment-track (analogous to tenure track) faculty position as an Assistant Teaching Professor, with an anticipated appointment start date of July 1, 2027 or later, and course instruction anticipated to start Fall 2027 or later. The appointment will be evenly split between CCS and DCB. Faculty in this title are members of the Academic Senate, with benefits and privileges that parallel the traditional professor track. This 100% (full time - academic year) position is eligible for full University of California benefits.
