**Deliverome Bio** is a nonprofit startup backed by [Radial Science](https://www.statnews.com/2026/03/11/radial-ai-science-astera-nonprofit/) at the [Astera Institute](https://astera.org/), building **the first open atlas of surface protein abundance and internalization to unlock precision therapeutic delivery**. This is data the field urgently needs — but that no single company or academic lab has been positioned to generate at scale.

By bringing together top experts in **proteomics, functional genomics, and cell biology**, we aim to build robust assays and generate AI-ready maps of the molecular addresses that determine whether targeted therapies reach the right cells. That means opening up new possibilities for gene therapies, cancer therapies, and other targeted medicines — including precision delivery beyond the liver.

Funded philanthropically and committed to open release of our data and protocols, we pair the speed and rigor of a startup with the collaborative values of the best academic labs. We’re hiring a **founding scientific team**, with competitive salary benchmarked to industry rates, to help shape a field-defining effort from the start.
