**BPH IDPs**

There are 4 aims to the BPH IDP process: Self Assessment, Career Exploration, Goal Setting, and IDP Implementation.

**BBS/VIROLOGY IDPS**

A BBS/Virology IDP provides you with the opportunity to think about your training objectives, your progress towards them, and to set and/or refine goals for the future.
