In this session, post-doc and training program directors from across academia, government, industry and research institutes will discuss how to identify open post-doc positions in their various environments; what to expect from a post-doc experience in their institutions; what services and resources exist to support post-doctoral training and professional development; and the career trajectories for their trainees.
