>  We are seeking motivated PhD students in the life sciences, MD students, MBA students, and post-doctoral scholars who plan to complete their programs/fellowships in the next year. A successful entry-level consultant candidate will meet the following requirements:

- - Undergraduate and/or Master's degree in the life sciences
    - PhD or post-doc in the life sciences, MD, or MBA
    - Demonstrated interest in business
    - Strong written and oral communication skills
    - Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based environment
    - Demonstrated leadership abilities
    - Highly analytical approach to solving complex problems
