Reboot: Breath and Meditation Workshop

This workshop is a total well-being approach to managing stress through SKY meditation. Participants will be guided through evidence-based breathing techniques for relaxation. After these initial relaxation techniques, the course leader will guide participants through a 20-minute meditation, with time for reflection afterwards.

Ergonomics - The Benefits of Proper Posture

Join Malia Koppin, PT, DPT, CSCS, WFS from Harvard University Health Services (HUHS) for this presentation touching on the importance of proactive strategies to maintain physical health, with a focus on workplace ergonomics, while pursuing work in graduate school and future careers.  Malia has extensive experience providing service to Harvard graduate students and will draw from this experience in highlighting frequent pitfalls resulting in workplace injuries.
