UNDERSTANDING AND IMPROVING THE TREATMENT OF HUMAN DISEASE THROUGH POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH AWARDS
Established in 1936, the Charles A. King Trust was created to “support and promote the investigation of human disease and the alleviation of human suffering through improved treatment.” In keeping with these principles, the King Trust today supports postdoctoral fellows in Basic Science and Clinical/Health Services Research.
The Charles A. King Trust Postdoctoral Research Fellowship Program is designed to support postdoctoral fellows and physician-scientists in non-profit academic, medical or research institutions in Massachusetts. Each applicant must be working under the supervision of an established scientist who is the designated Mentor. Two-year grants ranging from $104,008 to $117,760, inclusive of a $2,000 expense allowance, will be awarded September 1. Applicants must review the Guidelines for additional detail regarding the Program, including Eligibility Requirements, Review Criteria, and Submission Instructions. All relevant materials are accessible via the right panel.
